What Does Our Exterior Painting in NSW Involve
One of the most important steps in home improvement is painting your home’s exterior. Our team of experienced painters will work diligently to provide a high-quality paint job that will last for years.

The first step in the painting process is to clean the surface of your home. We’ll remove any dirt, debris, or old paint that may be on the surface. This ensures that the new paint will adhere properly and look its best.

Next, we’ll apply a primer to the surface. This helps to seal any cracks or holes in the surface and provides a smooth base for the paint. Once the primer has dried, we’ll begin applying the paint in thin layers. This allows it to dry properly and prevents it from peeling or bubbling.

Once the paint is applied, we’ll carefully clean up any messes and leave your home looking great! We’ll also provide a warranty on our work, so you can rest assured that your new paint job will last for years.

Our Exterior Painters Provides You With:

- Thorough Inspection Of Your House
- Removal Of Loose Paint, Rotten Siding, muck and stains
- Fence And Deck Painting
- High-Quality Paints
- To Work Within Your Daily schedule

FAQs

Mamiya Painting & Services Pty Ltd is proud to be a Taubmans Accredited Painter, which means that we are able to provide our customers with a 5 Year Workmanship Warranty on every residential painting project we complete.

This question we get asked all the time, especially at a family BBQ ha-ha. The answer is challenging to answer because we don’t know what you want painted, if there is any damage done to the property, what paint and brand you require and also, most important is how big the home is. What we always require is to book in your free quote.

Knowing that your current paint supplier will say you can cover 16 square meters per 1 litre of paint. As professional painters we know this is a very thin layer of paint. We recommend that per litre will cover 10 to 12 square meters. Again, this is always different depending on how old the surface is, what type of surface are you painting and in what weather condition are you painting in. Therefore, it’s important to book in your free quote to know what is needed.

Yes, there is a product by Dulux called “Chalkboard design” we can transform your entire wall into a chalkboard. This will give the ability to write and wipe at your desire.

This is a great question to ask, most who ask us these questions are clients who are doing renovations to their home. They are trying to book in other trades and working out a timing for each stage. What we encourage is to book in for your free quote to work out what you require and how long this will take.

This is probably the question we get daily. The best way to answer this is, yes, we can. Although, even if we use the same colour paint (paint matching) you will still be able to see new paint on old paint. If you want to job done correctly you will need to paint the whole wall to look even.

This is a question we cover during quoting your project. If you wish for us to cover and move furniture around this could add into the cost of your project.

When quoting a job, most customers ask us. What should I use on my wooden surfaces? We will tell you what we tell them. Wood is adaptable to receive both water and oil-based paint. In a paint store you might hear the term acrylic or enamel, same thing. Water being acrylic and oil being enamel.

Whatever you do chose to use we will also ensure you use the right primer first, this depends on the wood you want to paint. Enamel will always give you that old school high gloss look where is acrylic will give you less odour and low VOC content.

Remember that not all painters do the same and right job! But this always depends on a few factors. Is the painter a contractor? Do they have up to date insurance? What product are they claiming to use but are using?

Yes of course you can paint it yourself and it’s great fun when you do it with a partner, just like cooking. But you can get it wrong very quickly and it can cost you more in the long run.

Remember, painting is not just about applying paint to a particular surface. It takes a lot of patience in sanding, scraping, priming, gapping, and filling before you even get to the paint.
